In the past, we have struggled with freight and shipping, and trying to get the best rates, discounts, etc. It is literally a pain to do, and takes up a lot of valuable time. About 4 months ago, we were contacted by Craig, who went to work for a new company called Simplified Logistic Solutions. They now act as our freight forwarder/shipping department. Needless to say, using them has taken a great burden off of us. They offer better rates than we were getting on our own, and they handle all the arrangements, from the BOL creation to scheduling pick-ups. We are very pleased with their service and pricing. They have handled inbound and outbound shipments for us without any problems.
