Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you provide?

LTL and truckload freight shipping logistics. Specifically, we help companies book LTL and truckload freight services for dry van (multi-stop, floor-loading), temperature controlled, open deck (flatbed, step-deck, double drop, RGN), and expedited services.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states (including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) and Canada.

How soon can you have my shipment picked up?

Usually we need at least four hours of advance notice during a business day. In other cases, we may need a full day’s notice to ensure timely pick up.

When will my shipment arrive?

Typically, a single driver can travel 450-650 miles in a day. A good rule of thumb is to take your total mileage and divide it by 500 to calculate how many days it will take for your shipment to arrive.

Do you have your own trucks?

No, we utilize and fill the trucks that are already on the road, that are owned and operated by other entities. We specialize in freight logistics, and we have an unbiased perspective on finding the best possible carrier and solution for your business.

Where are your customers located?

All over the US and Canada.

When do I need LTL (Less Than Load) shipping?

If you’re shipping something too large for small parcel (USPS, FedEx, UPS), but not large enough for an entire truck load, it is more cost effective to use LTL shipping. This generally means anything less than 12 feet long and less than 20,000 lbs.
